Hey BP! I'm new to REI space and would like to start off in wholesaling. As a real estate broker I have access to listings and other tools to find owners of vacant or distressed properties. Looking for advice or suggestions on the process and procedures to running a wholesaling business. Any suggestions or input is appreciated!
