Most of us think...when I have cash then I will...

(Accomplish the dream) take a moment and help me figure out what you would do if you had $1.2M available to invest?

Specifically wanting to talk about 1031 opportunities, large multi family, 4 plex development.

For me, cash isn’t the limiting factor, deals are.

My goal is time freedom and wealth. I’d keep doing exactly what I am doing - buying value add MF, forcing appreciation, trading up.
