Looking for a Probate Mentor
Hi im very new in real estate investing and I'm currently looking for a local mentor in the Vacaville and Fairfield area in California, primarily focusing on probate deals. I will be open to joining your team or be in a partnership just telling me how I can be of use to the deals and in exchange the learning experience. Im very motivated in learning everything I can. I would like to meet face-to-face to build a relationship with trust. This is going to be the starting point of my life considering that I want to do this for the rest of my working days providing for my wife and daughter. And if you are willing to give a helping hand to me on the way to succeeding in this field it would be the best thing that anyone could have ever do for me. Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I hope to hear from you soon!

No, font start with probate. Trust me on this advice.
If you're new to real estate, you need to understand the fundamentals and then work with owners who have clear motivation.
I suggest you start with high-equity Foreclosures. You have the best resource possible in CA by subscribing to Property Radar.
If you need trying for equity purchase deals, go to Ward Hsnigan's foreclosure forum and take the one-day equity purchase training.
People who are new to real estate see others who are successful and don't want to do the "wax on, wax off" work first. I do not want to discourage you and only want to see you succeed.
