Looking for a Probate Mentor

Hi im very new in real estate investing and I'm currently looking for a local mentor in the Vacaville and Fairfield area in California, primarily focusing on probate deals. I will be open to joining your team or be in a partnership just telling me how I can be of use to the deals and in exchange the learning experience. Im very motivated in learning everything I can. I would like to meet face-to-face to build a relationship with trust. This is going to be the starting point of my life considering that I want to do this for the rest of my working days providing for my wife and daughter. And if you are willing to give a helping hand to me on the way to succeeding in this field it would be the best thing that anyone could have ever do for me.
