How to Finance 4-Plex $550k
Hello, my goal is to buy a 4-plex in a couple of years. I do have some savings and have a fully paid for duplex and an out of state low priced rental property. However, in order for me to buy the 4-plex, I need to have 25% down - maybe around $150k. Even if I saved as much as possible, it would take me years to save $150k. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can get my $150k?
