Sac Price-to-Rent ratio (small multi-family)
Question for small multi-family (2-4 units) buyers:
What is the price-to-rent ratio you are looking for when buying a small multi-family deal? I'm a local wholesaler and have come across a few potential deals but I'm having trouble understanding what local buyers would want to get these properties for. Any feedback y'all have is greatly appreciated!
