I am in need of a performing duplex, triplex, etc...
Is there any recommendations on an entity off of here selling performing multi family investments. Not looking for anything big, under 10 units. Also not interested in the entity whom I won't mention who sold me an investment from here a while back with a dead beat tenant and shoddy rehab work, and a clueless property manager.
