Hi BP friends! Looking for a good building inspector in the Berkeley or Oakland area, any suggestions? (This is for the inspection period during escrow) Any suggestions would be great!

    I have used David Venable at HomeWize inspections several times, he is great but only handles up to Fourplexes. 

    I recommend you ask for a sample report from any vendor you are considering. Quality and thoroughness vary greatly.
