Looking for broker to start RE career in Southern California
Hello. I am about to apply to take the exam and licensure for my RE salesperson's license. I am looking for a broker that I can start my real estate sales career with. There is so many here in Orange County, but what do you guys look for when you were looking for a broker? I thought of maybe something with great mentorship and does not have any high priced dues/fees.
