I live in Chino Hills I am considering using an FHA loan to purchase a multi-family 20 mins from chino hills. I plan to live in one and rent out the other. Looking for someone who is investor-friendly, looking to purchase in the next 2 months
@Enrique Elizondo hey man! I work with a lot of investors in the area and would love to see how I could help you achieve your real estate goals.
I work with investors and would be happy to interview for the position to see if we're a fit.
I just hosted a seminar at Somerset Winery, our speaker was 30 year RE investor who leveraged real estate investing into his dream of owning a winery, which of course was where we held the meeting. He advocates for exactly what your planning, house hack that first property, do whatever it takes to make it happen.
You'll have to join us for our next one, he's fascinating and there is something pretty inspiring about being IN the Winery he was able to buy because of his real estate investing.
@Enrique Elizondo what City, what are the projected returns look? Can it cash flow given its a FHA loan? I'm looking from the perspective that its less down payment, and as such, your monthly loan payment is going to be high.
Hey Enrique! I actually have lived in Chino Hills for over 15 years now and can definitely help you out in that area. I'll send you a request.
