What do you need from a title co?
Im new starting my investment co, I'm ready to start contracting with home owner's so i was reaching out for a good escrow/title co to do closings. It's hard finding agents that are really willing to actually want to help.
Not to lead any one on, in my profile it ask for status or title with limited choices, I'm Acquisitions Manager/investor, not a property mgr. that wouldn't be my field.
