Headed to Colorado Springs. Looking for a Realtor

I am active military and will be going to Fort Carson the beginning of May.  I plan on starting real estate investing in the local areas and am looking for a knowledable realtor to help us out.  We plan on purchasing 2 houses within the first month or so. 1 for us, 1 to rent out.

I am also looking for a furnished, 1 or 2 bedroom, pet friendly, 1 month rental under $1000 for when we first arrive.  The 10 days the military provides to find a house causes too many people to rush into a bad deal. We want to rent for the first month while we settle in.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

@Tyler Work

Thanks for the shout-out.

Welcome to Colorado! It's an awesome place to be, for sure. It sounds like you're taking the right steps to take it slow. That's smart. Be sure to establish your goals and then look for an agent that understands that and can help you get there. We certainly like Colorado Springs because we work with a lot of Airbnb investors, and the Springs is currently wide open to short-term rental investors. But it's also a good place to be living. Anyway, what you've described is certainly achievable. Good luck!
