Converting SFM's to duplexes

Hey Aurora community -

Does anyone have any experience in converting SFM's to duplexes in central Aurora? (Arapahoe County). Assuming finished basements with conforming bedrooms and a bath, is this possible or are there particular zoning / code issues that make this difficult?
