Need Short term rental

Hello Bigger pockets community! My husband just accepted a job offer in Jacksonville, FL yay! I am reaching out because we are in need of a rental property preferably a short term lease but we are willing to go for a full year. The catch is we need a property with a fenced in yard due to the fact we have 2 dogs and a potbellied pig. The other catch is that we have a home here is Ohio we are still trying to sell, so we are hoping to spend no more than $800 a month. Any investors out there have something we can rent?

2 dogs, a pig, and a limit of 800 per month?  Don't tell me u want at least 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open layout with a sunroom pool.
