Dumpster Rental Company Recommendations?

I am beginning renovations on a three-unit property next week, and the demo and trash generated will be pretty extensive.

Does anyone have a dumpster rental company they can recommend?

What kind of rates and/or fees should I expect to pay?

I've used "Affordable Dumpster" for my last two jobs, but haven't been thrilled. Seems like it always ends up costing more than what they tell you up front, and I get a random invoice 6 months later for another $200. Also they've recently raised their rates from $275 for a 30-yard, to $315 (plus whatever extra they come up with later.)
