Tenant Maintenance & Emergency Call Answering Service

Hi, can anyone recommend or have any thoughts on using a Tenant Maintenance & Emergency Call Answering Service?  My thoughts are they would get the calls from my tenants when it's not Monday-Friday 9-5.  Thank you.
