Jax, Fl Looking for local investor to rent with and/or learn from
I am brand new at real estate and very excited about investing in Jacksonville. I'm leaving my hometown of Southern OR towards the end of 2021. I am looking to get started with a house hack, but first I'm moving there to get familiar with the market. If there's anyone looking for some additional rental income, a new roommate, and someone else who shares a passion for real estate investing, I'm your guy. I'm 18 years old right out of high school. I'm clean, tidy, and value boundaries. I'm also very sociable and get along great with most people.
