Hello,

I'm embarking on my first buy and hold venture and so I'm looking for recommendations for solid investor-friendly agents in the south Florida area. Preferably someone who also owns investment property.

I live in Miami, but looking to buy single family homes in Broward county in solid blue collar neighborhoods.
