Recommendation for a Plumber?

Hi All,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good plumber in the Tampa area or more specifically the Egypt Lakes area of Tampa?

This is a single family block home with a septic system. The tenant has been complaining of drains in the shower being very slow for a while now. I have had the worst luck with plumbers and this property. I have had 2 of them come out on different occasions in the last year and a half. Both snaked the drain, but maybe didn't check it well enough to see if it was clear, because the tenant would contact me and say the tub still fills up and drains extremely slow when taking a shower. 

Both times I called the plumber back and informed them that the shower is still not draining properly, but they don't come back to fix it. This past time I initially contacted the plumber in mid December. Its now March and he still hasn't been back out to the property. When I contact him, he says he will go, but never does. 

I am hoping that someone may have a plumber that they have used or could recommend.
