I work as an agent who finds investment properties for my clients, I've had 2 pretty good contractors that I've used to refer to clients to help them fix and flip their projects, but they've gone ghost on me.  Does anyone have any reccomendations for contractors in the Tampa/St Pete area of FL?

Common theme in the industry, we have only found 1 legit contractor who works to standards with ethics, etc that can scale in the last 5+ years. You have to always keep a few in your back pocket as most are only good for a few projects. I think the issue is most are tradesman who don't know how to run an effective, scalable business so they're always chasing the next job. Anyone that is worth it won't be as competitively priced as you'd like but paying a little extra can go a long way to get jobs done on time and done right the first time.
