Cape Coral New Construction Properties (people have references?)

I'm a new investor and have recently become interested in the Cape Coral region for my first investment. It looks like a lot of new construction is going on there. I was wondering if people have invested in this region through a company doing new construction and if so if they would mind letting me know their experience and if you recommend who you used.
