Hi Cimarron, I am also an investor in Orlando. I am doing great on 'Driving for Dollars'! Getting to the owners is the trick. I found a skip trace service that is very inexpensive that I use to find them. 

But driving for dollars is not all that I do. I also go after probate, tax deed auction, expired listings properties. I also go after properties that the owner has owned the property for more than 7 years and lives out of state.
