Hello BP Community!

My business partner and I are starting out in real estate investing. We are both out of state (NY and AL) but recently graduated from UCF and still have friends and family in the area that we visit frequently. We are currently waiting to get our LLC finalized and looking for an attorney to help create an operating agreement.

Our current goal is to purchase a multifamily unit (duplex, triplex, quad) and then grow from there. We have roughly 25k to start and we plan to buy and hold, utilizing the BRRRR method and our own savings to grow the business and buy more properties. Also, we are considering using the company Equity Pro or a real estate agent to help us locate a property. Unfortunately, we cannot attend local networking events since we are not local but would be interested in speaking with other investors in the community when we come to town or over the phone to see how we can help each other. We have a good model to analyze properties and have been doing a lot of research but, we know there is still a lot we have to learn.

Thank you!
