Brokers, Do you have an agency you would consider selling?
Hi there, we own a successful agency with 3 locations in Maine and are looking to purchase an existing agency in Florida. If you know of anyone who owns a brokerage who might be considering selling any connections would be great. Or an existing agent that would like to team up with us to start a Florida agency that would be connected to our agency in Maine. We are happy to pay a finders fee for a lead that ends up in a purchase. Thanks for your time.
