Probate / Tax Delinquent List
Cash is in my hand right now for someone who has access to quality, to-up-date versions of these lists. We would like to mail them starting immediately, who can be a supplier to my team and I?
I have one guy, buy he will only accept one person per county and charges, in my opinion, too much for his leads. The bigger issue with that is the "one person a county" thing.

@Austin Stack I've viewed his posts. Probate/tax delinquent are "public" information and is/are free. Have you tried "mypublicnoticesga.com"? GA is for the state of Georgia. Or google "probate+real estate+ga" and then the county your investing in. Only thing I could think of...
