Hello Atlanta Investor, 

I am looking at a rental deal on a house which its backyard is a shopping center street. 

I have concerns that tracks driving this road. Or maybe it can attract some crime.

When looking at ARV – how much one should reduce for such house.

Is shopping center is really a concern?
