Searching for a fixer upper in Atlanta
I have been searching for a home in Atlanta, GA for almost 3 years. However, I keep losing out to investors. I am going the 203k route and looking for a place to flip to reside in.
Does anyone have any good ideas on how to find home, or how to beat out investors?
