I'm in need of a Georgia attorney for guidance on a foreclosure.  Please reply with recommendations of someone you have personally worked with.

I need guidance on:

• the foreclosure process (or perhaps deed-in-lieu)
• setting up an entity to take title
• drafting a management agreement for that entity
