Atlanta Property Manager. HELP!! I need a referal

I'm having a Property Management nightmare with my Metro Atlanta rentals. I've been using the same company for five years, but the last year or so has been a steady downward spiral of bad communication, poor service, and now almost zero effort on rerents of vacant units. Does anybody have any good options? I have 5 homes in Douglasville, Riverdale and Rex... 2 are currently vacant. Any help or referals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
