Looking for list providers

Hey Biggerpockets world! 

I am currently looking to obtain a list of recently filled divorces, bankruptcy, and evictions. I tried to contact Gwinnett county clerk of court but they were unable to provide me with the information or other alternatives. Does anyone have any advice?
