Hi all! I was wondering if anyone recommend a reputable property management company in Atlanta. It is not time-sensitive, I'm still in the early stages, but in my experience word of mouth recommendations are much better than being left to peruse Google. Think SFR or 2-4 door MF. Thanks!
What areas of the city are you looking? What kind of properties (Class A, B, C)? Most management companies specialize regionally and in inventory type.
Sam, I started looking at C but based on my discussions with local investors the C is not where I want to be given the locations I've been looking. I have to look more into B properties but it seems like there's a stark divide between A &C, and minimal available in B. Hence the need for local expertise since I'm new here.
