New Investor in the Atlanta Market

I am a new investor in the Atlanta area. My business partner and I have been very active in the CA market and I just moved to Atlanta and we would like to invest in this market. We are looking to build relationships with local RE agents, Contractors and investors. We are interested in flipping and rentals in the Atlanta market especially in North Atlanta. Hey @Abraham Chacko, welcome to the BP community and Atlanta!

When you say North Atlanta, do you mean outside the perimeter (Marietta/Sandy Springs and up) - aka Cobb, Cherokee and Bartow Counties? Or are you looking to stay inside/near the perimeter? 

These North Atlanta counties are absolutely on fire but there is still a ton of land up there that has not been overbuilt so plenty of opportunity.
