I'm fairly new to this forum, so please remove this post if it's breaking a rule.

I've built a real estate screener that fetches all currently active listings in Atlanta and surrounding areas every day, and allows filtering and sorting by various criteria (e.g. price per sqft, price/rent ratio, estimated cashflow, etc). I built this because I'm currently looking for my first rental, and wanted a more efficient way to look for listings on the MLS.

After building it and playing with it, I'm realizing that this tool is probably going to be useful to other real estate investors and agents as well so I wanted to make this thread to see if anyone would be interested in paying $10-20/month for access.

Right now, it's just a simple google sheet that automatically updates every day, but if there's interest I could definitely build this out into a full web application. Here's a quick screenshot:

Looks good @Chintan Parikh .   Are rental rates pulling directly from 3rd party sources?  Are they updating daily similar to you listing feeds?  

@James Mcgowan Yup I'm using a rental estimate API currently. I only have them updating once every 2 weeks but can do more frequently if needed!

So sort of like a "1% rule" filter? Very impressive man. I am sure you will find a number of people interested in this. Feel free to reach out if you need any beta testers. I work with a number of investors so being able to filter by price and rent would be great. Even better would be if you could filter by ARV too but not sure how feasible this would be.

Lets connect on the same. I have experience building something very similar so can certainly provide insight and logic that can be used to enhance it from investor point of view.

Interesting, I just built something very similar for myself using Python.  Curious what API are you using for rental rate estimates?   I am just looking for available rentals of similar properties in the same zip code and taking averages per sq. foot.
