Hyde Park investment
My son has started a PhD program at UChicago and I'm considering investing in a condo or possibly have him front end a house hack for me. Any thoughts on the neighborhood around the school? any particular challenges/opportunities with that area? I hope to find PhD students for tenants since their expenses are covered by the school (my son gets a "finders fee" for every one he signs up).
