Seeking Multi-Family Investment Property Advice in Chicago

Hi All,

I am seeking advice regarding the Chicago multi-family investment market.

As a first-time real estate investor, my interest in the Chicago market stems from the potential to buy a relatively inexpensive property with good cap rates and some expected appreciation. However, I'm not super familiar with the area and was hoping to get advice on where I will see high cap rates and net income. Is there anywhere I should steer clear of altogether?
