Chicago Building department permit status question

Does this seems familiar to anyone?  Some time ago, I recall reading online that owners can get the same notifications as architects from the building/zoning department(s).  To be more specific, when plans are submitted to the building dept. and they respond through the portal (I think it is called the projectdox) with problems, etc.,  I seem to remember that the homeowner can see the same information/questions as the architect as long as it gets set up that way.

Looks like some things have changed on the different department websites in the past year and we can't find this.

Thanks for taking the time to read and for any information.
