Closed our first deal in Chicago.  I want to thank this groups for their help, support, and encouragement in making this happen for my investors, family, and myself.  It was very painful.  Some of the typical problems when kicking the tires when contract.  We also had to deal with the out of state roadblocks since this was our very first deal anyway.   With the first deal under our belt hopefully things will get a bit easier.
