Handyman recommendation for Rogers Park

I have a two flat with a 5 car garage in Rogers Park and I'm looking for a reliable/trustworthy handyman to do small repairs around the place.  He/she should be able to do typical repairs (woodworking, painting, tuck-pointing, light electrical & plumbing, etc).  Looking to spend around $20 to $25 per hour for the right person.  Around 8 hours per week or as needed.  Thanks in advance.
