Hey all, 

Im looking at a building in Gage Park that is mainly occupied by Spanish speaking tenants that pay cash monthly for rent.  I understand that typically these buildings are best managed by very local owners or on site tenants/property managers, BUT I was wondering if anyone had a great property management company that is focused on these types of buildings for out of state owners. 

Any help or recommendations much appreciated!
