Are there any investor-friendly masonry and roofing contractors servicing Irving Park that you’d recommend? Looking to seal my parapet walls and get some tuckpointing completed.

    @Kristopher Toribio how big of a job is it? I have an excellent GC who is handling my apartment building in Berwyn. His pricing seems to get better on the larger jobs.
