New Construction - buying a duplex - Advice needed
My fiancé and I are looking to buy our first home this summer/fall in Lincoln Park or Lake View. Interested to new construction. Looking to buy a 3-4 bedroom place and from most places we have seen it will most likely be a townhome or condo in a 2-3 unit condo. How do we find out about real estate before it is completed so that we can choose some of the finishes. MLS has some but most are already in their final stages. Is there somewhere else we should be looking? Thanks in advance!
