Looking for Contractor Referrals in Chicago/South Suburbs/Harvey

Hi -

Long time reader but this is my first post. I'm working on my very first BRRR deal. I am looking for a general contractor for a light rehab. Any referrals would help.

In the same vein does anyone know how to contact sellers of recent properties? My strategy here was to reach out see if I could use their contractors or form some sort of partnership since they know the area and the market.Thanks
