Contractor In Wilson, NC Recommendations

Hello all! We recently purchased a multi-unit in Wilson, NC! A unit is in the need of a some extensive rehab. We've had a couple of contractors come out to look at the property but most of them are not very responsive. It's taken weeks and multiple follow-ups to receive written estimates from them and some of the estimates don't list everything discussed with them at the property. So we are now worried about having other issues with them during the actual construction period. There is some lead on the property that needs abatement or remediation so we need a qualified contractor to make sure we are properly correcting everything. Any referrals/guidance is greatly appreciated!
