Help me with sequencing work

I am working on rehab of an apartment. I am considering getting it done by subcontractors/individual companies and managing the work myself. I will try to get an estimate from a GC/big company that will do all of it and then weigh out the options. But for now, I have them in the following order:

1	Tub Company- reglazing
2	Plumber- vanity and fixtures
3	Electrician- new light fixtures and fan
4	Flooring guy- all new flooring
5	Painter- walls, ceiling, trim, etc
6	Countertop company- kitchen
7	Appliances- stove and fridge
8	Handyman- closet knobs, blinds, etc
9	Cleaner
