I am working on rehab of an apartment. I am considering getting it done by subcontractors/individual companies and managing the work myself. I will try to get an estimate from a GC/big company that will do all of it and then weigh out the options. But for now, I have them in the following order:

Tub Company- reglazing
Plumber- vanity and fixtures
Electrician- new light fixtures and fan
Flooring guy- all new flooring
Painter- walls, ceiling, trim, etc
Countertop company- kitchen
Appliances- stove and fridge
Handyman- closet knobs, blinds, etc
Cleaner
