I found a property in New Jersey thats in dire need of fixing and I'm looking to see if theres anybody in the area with knowledge that can help me out. This would be my first deal done if it gets done. Any help would be appreciated.

@Antonios Diakonikolas. If you are new, you are real king to to struggle finding 100% financing. You need expertise or Capital to get into this game. You should start building one or the other before jumping in.
