Licensed or unlicensed contractors and permits.
When it come to a total fix and flip house which tasks could I get unlicensed contractors to do and which tasks require permits? Roofing, electrical, A/C, plumbing, sheet rock, painting, etc. I know some guys that are great at wiring up a house but are not licensed. What do y’all think?
