forget about being an investor for the time being.. you have no money you have no reserves .

if you want in the game go work in the business.. you can get your RE license and your age be an assistant work on a team get paid to learn your craft in a few years you can then start to invest.

this is how i personally did it got my license at 18 took 6 months to make a dime but that first 900.00 commish in 1975 was HUGE lol.. never looked back.. not been all wine and roses thats for sure. but its a solid way to start..  everything else is just white noise and very low probability of success.
