How do you work with your constrictors

Hey,

when Im finding some interesting property some times its hard for me yo know what is the maximum price that i can offer,

The solution for it is to send constructors to give an offer, and that with thir opinion and offers I can calculate the maximum offer.

the problem is that Im not finding constructors that’s  willing to make an offer before Im getting in to the offer, and If they are, they want money for that.

I will like there your opinion about it.

You have to learn how to estimate a rehab on your own. Its very difficult to get a general contractor to a property you don't own yet, especially if you haven't shown you are experienced and that there is a high probability you would buy this home. Sounds like you need a mentor. Someone you can shadow and learn from as you start on your REI path. Check out some local Real estate events and look for groups you can join that offer mentoring. If your post is talking about something totally different and I've answered a question you didn't ask...here is some advice. "If at first you fail, try, try again"
