How To Find Fix-And-Flip Buyers?

Hello BP! I have a client who wants to get into the wholesaling space, and has asked me how to find fix-and-flippers in the local area. I couldn't really give a great answer, simply because I wasn't entirely sure myself.

Besides networking at real estate events, for you wholesalers, how do you build your buyers list? How would you build it if you were to start back at zero?
