Does anyone know whether Columbus zoning allows for converting detached garages into ADU's?

Hey Corry, We operate a Investor Focused GC company here in Columbus and have sat through these meetings before. The projects that we were involved in did get approved we just had to go through all the right channels. I do know that Columbus is shifting their view on ADUs to more leniency due to the housing supply being so low and not forecasted to get better any time soon.
