Should Flippers and Rehabbers use Renderings?

The short answer...Yes! There are many reasons rehabbers and flippers come to me for exterior renderings. There are a couple of main reasons why rehabbers and flippers use renderings. First, it saves the project money, usually from my experience working with flippers, there is at least one design change. Renderings help nail down a design of the house before it's even built.  Second, selling homes isn't easy, especially in this economy. Therefore, displaying a photorealistic render of what the house is going to look like gives you a head start on selling or renting it to homeowners."I know this post is out of the norm for this platform, but I wanted to see what you guys think.

Comment if you are interested! P.S. Here is one of my recent projects :)

I get renderings done on my projects and agree that they are great for pre-marketing the home. They are also great for contractors to visualize the finished product.

Rendering detail is getting better and better too. The guy I work with now does them so well that at first glance, you can't even tell that it's rendering. Impressive stuff.
